HIIT Challenge, Week 3

Two weeks down, three to go! Well done on KIC’ing some serious goals! 

We hope you’ve been loving working out alongside Brooke and this Friday you’ll get to workout alongside Laura too! You’ll smash out each rep together which we think will make your sweat session even better. Be sure to prioritise some stretching and/or foam rolling to prevent muscle soreness, stiffness and assist in your recovery. Get excited to smash out Week 3!

 

SCHEDULE

Monday: HIIT Me With Your Best Shot

 Get ready to smash out this full body workout. This one is a little different to your conventional HIIT as Brooke combines your HIIT movements with some strengthening movements. You’ll be completing 2 rounds, 45 seconds on followed by 15 seconds off. We think you’re going to love this one!

 

Wednesday: HIIT That Core

An ABSolute core burner with a hint of upper body! 2 rounds, 10 exercises, 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest. Grab your mat and get ready for Russian twists, walk outs, side planks, supermans, shoulder taps, flutter kicks, pikes, crunches and more.

 

Friday: Head to Toe with Laura

 Full body dumbbell workout with Laura. You’ll be working for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest, working your entire body from head to toe. Get excited to take on Brooke’s matt jump and mountain climber combo and a cheeky little challenge at the end to really get your heart rate pumping. Exercises include: squat + press, renegade rows, split squats, leg extensions, tricep extensions, DB swings and more.

MEAL PREP

 

Breakfast: Avocado and Pea Bruschetta

Take your avo on toast game to the next level with this combo. We love the texture that the peas give the avocado and how seriously quick this breakfast is to assemble. Topped with fresh mint, your taste buds are in for a treat.

Lunch: Chickpea Salad Wraps

These wraps are JAM PACKED full of flavour with the credit going to the fresh dill and caper combo mixed with your homemade tahini dressing! These flavours accompany the chickpeas perfectly and we know you’re going to love every bite.

Dinner: Meatball and Mozzarella Tray Bake

Get ready to enjoy these deliciously cheesy and melt in your mouth meatballs which will have been cooking in your rich and fragrant tomato sauce. Once ready, accompany them with a fresh side salad and you’ll be all set.

Snack: Choc Chip Banana Bread

Who can say no to banana bread let alone CHOC CHIP banana bread?! We love getting our bake on and we know that this recipe will help satisfy that 3.30pm afternoon sweet craving.
