Our KICRUN audio-guided Programs are designed by expert physiotherapists to gradually increase your running time and distance with 3 runs per week, over 8 weeks.
With our co-founder and master trainer, Laura Henshaw, motivating you throughout the journey, you'll see just how powerful your mind is and how strong your body can be.HOW DOES KICRUN WORK?
KICRUN 0-5km is all about gradually building up your running fitness. You’ll start with short running bursts and longer walking breaks. As you progress through the program the runs will gently increase and your rests will become shorter. By the end of Week 8 you’ll confidently be able to run 5km non-stop!LEARN MORE
If you can confidently run 5km and are looking to take your running to the next level, this program is for you. Like our beginner run program, Laura will be guiding you every step of the way. With distance-based motivational cues to cheer you on throughout the 8 week program.LEARN MORE
So, you’ve signed up to your first half marathon? Or perhaps you’re ready for another challenge? Welcome to our NEW 10-21km Program! Just like the 5km and 10km programs, you can expect motivational cues from Laura to help you run a half marathon in just 8 weeks! Available 27 March.COMING SOON

The purpose of our KICRUN Club starting on Monday 27th of March, is to be a safe and motivational space for the KIC Squad to start together, and support one another over 8 weeks, because we know we’re stronger when we’re in it together.
Can I pause or restart my KICRUN Program at any time?
Yes! We know life get’s a little busy, and we can’t do it all. As part of the KICRUN update happening on Monday 27th of March you can pause or restart you KICRUN program as necessary.
