This August we’re encouraging you to make #minimovements part of your everyday, with KIC Minis

Your 4 week challenge includes:
    • 20 new workouts
    • 3 workout styles
    • Daily 5-10 minute workouts
This challenge is designed for those short on time, or anyone who wants to take their KIC workout to the next level.
Choose to add on the KIC mini of the day after you complete the PT breakdown in your planner OR choose to only do the KIC Mini of the day.
