With a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy and further studies in pre and postnatal Pilates and pregnancy health, Ash is hands down one of the best in the business. Which is why we asked this extremely passionate and talented superwoman to review and approve every single movement within KICBUMP – our pre and postnatal Pilates program! Now you can feel comfortable and confident knowing that each exercise has Ash’s tick of approval!
Ash absolutely loves running workshops for pregnant & postpartum women, and thrives when she’s educating and empowering women to feel strong & confident in their own bodies. She is passionate about holistic healthcare and has trained with Beautiful You Coaching Academy as a health & mindset coach, which she utilises regularly in her practice. When she’s not KIC’ing it, you can find Ash working her magic at Upwell Health Collective in Melbourne.
