Clean quinoa fritters! Sooo yum!! Added some stir fry veggies, spinach and halloumi and was sooo good! Such a great quick and easy dinner once the mixture was made, would also be great for lunch the next day! Boyfriend approved too(always tricky to get him to eat vegetarian meals, but he really liked this one!) If you haven’t already give these a try! You won’t be disappointed!
