I am speechless, seriously! Nothing makes me happier than seeing your smiling faces in our Facebook community as you cross that 5km finish line. YOU ARE ALL AMAZING.
Congratulations to each and every one of you who has given KICRUN a go, no matter what week you’re at, I really do hope you feel proud of yourself. Learning to overcome that negative mental barrier is no easy feat, but you’ve proven to yourself that you can run and you are a runner and I honestly couldn’t be more proud of you.
I feel so incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to guide you on your KICRUN journey. I’m so passionate about running and the fact that you now share this love with me is just so special.
I wanted to share some stats with you from the KICRUN survey that really warmed my heart. Firstly, a big thank you to everyone who took the time to give us their feedback, it truly means the world and helps us continue to make KIC even better for you and our community.
Now, if you’ve smashed the 5km program and you’re looking for your next challenge, I’m so excited to introduce you to our brand new KICRUN 5-10km program! Launching in app this Monday, 13th December, KICRUN 5-10km is designed for anyone who can comfortably run 5km and is ready to take their running to the next level.
Like the beginner program, I’m literally in your ear, cheering you on every step of the way. We’ve listened to your feedback and included distance-based audio cues to motivate you even more throughout your runs, which I can’t wait for you to experience.
Before you start our 5-10km program, I recommend having a read of our recent blog ‘So I’ve run 5km, now what?’ The experts from Upwell Health Collective have provided some tips on how to safely run faster, longer and with more ease.
