How to join our LIVE workouts in app

Set your alarm! Leo & Steph are KIC’ing it LIVE in app, 7AM, AEST Monday 27th June. Here’s how to join… 

Nothing beats the feeling of working out together! Join hundreds of KIC community members as we POWER through Leo’s 30 minute Full Body Strengthener Pilates workout, together!

  1. Log in to the KIC app 
  2. On the home page you’ll see the LIVE workout image, click on ‘join now’
  3. You’ll be redirected our video streaming service
  4. Steph & Leo will go live at 7am Monday, 27th June AEST. 

All you’ll need is a mat, dumbbells and sliders. No dumbbells, no dramas! Use two full drink bottles or tin cans, and substitute sliders with a pair of socks.

If you’re unable to make the live workout, don’t sweat! You can complete the Full Body Strengthener in the planner whenever suits you.
