Secondly, because it’s a fantastic recipe to get little hands involved and thirdly, because it takes next to no time to assemble! This is the perfect no bake snack for when you want to make a homemade snack, but don’t have all the time in the world to spare.

Line a 20cm square baking tin with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the puffed rice, protein powder, desiccated coconut and sesame seeds. Set aside.
Place a small saucepan over low heat, add the vanilla extract, tahini and honey. Stir until melted and well combined, approximately 2-3 minutes.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and stir to combine. Quickly transfer the batter to your prepared tin and firmly press down with the back of your spoon. Everything should be well compacted. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm, then slice into bars.
