Kika is KIC’s pocket rocket Barre instructor! Her classes are fast paced, dynamic and full of energy, reflecting her passion for health and wellbeing. Keeping active helps Kika feel confident, strong and happy and we know you’ll feel the same after completing one of her workouts.
Leo is KIC’s ultimate hype guy! If he could describe his workouts in one word it would be ‘spicy!’ Leo empowers others to become happier and healthier versions of themselves and feel safe within a fitness environment.
