We are so passionate about educating and inspiring people across the globe to be comfortable in their own skin. It’s not about the scale, it’s all about the smile!

JANUARY 2015

LAUNCHED THE E-BOOK

It all started when best friends and now business partners, Laura Henshaw and Steph Claire Smith, combined their desire to inspire and teach others how to live a healthy, active and balanced lifestyle with their passion for body positivity! Keep it Cleaner was born with a philosophy to empower society to be confident in their own skin, promoting self-acceptance and sustainable healthier choices.

OCTOBER 2018

LAUNCHED THE KIC APP

From your desktop to your pocket, this was a game-changer for our KIC Squad. By launching the KIC app you can literally KIC’ it any where, anytime. We’ve come a long way since 2018, constantly releasing exciting new features in app to make sure that KIC remains ahead of the fitness technology game!

Hosted by Steph Claire Smith & Laura Henshaw, KIC POD is your weekly D&M on the stuff that matters. Since launching the podcast in March 2019 we hit the milestone of 4M downloads, just two years later- and we couldn’t be happier!

We’ve worked with some of the most talented dieticians and nutritionists across Australia to serve up hundreds of delicious recipes! We are proud of our approach to nutrition, we’re all about fuelling your body with wholesome foods, we don’t count calories. With such a high demand for our recipes, we’ve recently created Tasty Tuesdays, where we drop brand new recipes in app every week!

As a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach Danny has a wealth of knowledge and has been a fundamental part of Keep it Cleaner since the beginning.

Ellice is the ultimate wellness warrior. Not only is she our boxing guru, she also curated all of our KIC meal plans!

Jamie teaches in a conversational style which integrates story telling, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology. His classes include postural adaptions to suit your unique anatomy and experience level.

Dedicated to helping her students embrace a healthy, passionate & balanced lifestyle, Karen is our much-loved, ultimate yogi.

Mari is a qualified Pilates instructor & physiotherpist with a Cert 4 in Fitness. As our go-to aficionado on all things pilates, you can thank her for the empowering and unique workouts!
